I'm using the same chargers that I had for my Nokia N95.  Those are readily available for use in cars...

Of course you can find some in the NOKIA specialty store. It is not hard to get one!

I have a powermat with 3 leads, one for my work blackberry, one for my bluetooth, and one for my N900, I replaced the N900 with my E7, and the Power mat wont work... so I had to plug a seperate charger in for it?
Now the whole care thing... its scary as I have been on road trips, what if my Nokia Brand Charger dies... I am stuck, have to wait to mail order one?  And so far, my E7 charges very very very slow compared to my other phones, so what exactly are they doing with the extra .2?I love the phone, but the USB thing has been quirking me out... and I have had some other funky symbian issues.  I am new to Symbian, was a sidekick user from 2002 thru 2010.  I got a N900 last Summer to replace my sidekick after reading about it in some linux forums.  The E7 was a nice upgrade from that small keyboard... but the quirky engineering, only phone on the planet that needs its own particular USB charger?

It shpuld work with every USB-Charger though USB is a defined connector.
But i have also experianced some strange things with universal (car) adaptors.
Some charge the phone for a while but then the phone switches from charging to not charging, to charging, to not charging etc... Same sometimes happen to Charging by USB-PC Connection.

With the Power-Adapter is no problem and its quickly charged.

At my mobile i think that there can be a loose connection at the USB-Connector... i guess.

This has happened with me, when i plugged my phone through usb in the computer, the battery indicator started showing the charging of the phone but after some time when i removed the phone, half of the battery was drained.
